Senior Finance Manager
Our client is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to partner with executive leadership on the strategic initiatives that shape the future of a multi-unit healthcare organization. This is a high-visibility role for a forward-thinking finance professional who thrives on turning complex data into confident business decisions. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, curious problem-solver who brings clarity and influence to every conversation.

This role is a hybrid model in Vancouver, Washington.

Senior Finance Manager Responsibilities

• Build financial forecasts and models that guide strategic initiatives and new business strategies.
• Evaluate pricing changes, investment opportunities, and revenue growth options through feasibility studies and scenario analysis.
• Diagnose project performance concerns and opportunities, identifying root causes and offering practical, well-rounded solutions.
• Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to shape the financial impact of enterprise-wide projects.
• Present clear analysis and recommendations to senior leadership to support decision making and strategy execution.

Senior Finance Manager Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance is required, and a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of Finance experience, including 5+ years of financial analysis and presenting insights to various levels of an organization.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic analysis skills, with a background in pricing strategy and business case development.
• Proven experience working on cross-functional projects with senior executives.
• Excellent executive communication and business partnering skills, ideally with diverse experience within and outside of Finance.

Salary:$133K-$185K/year. (DOE)
