Subscription Support Coordinator
Our client is seeking a Subscription Support Coordinator to join a growing team supporting a subscription-based technology program. This individual will play a key role in providing technical and operational support related to licensing, device activations, and subscription services while helping ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, collaboration, and customer service are essential.
This role is fully remote.
Subscription Support Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for subscription licensing, device activations, cellular provisioning, and entitlement management.
- Serve as the first point of contact for Tier 2 support requests related to licensing, activations, and subscription services.
- Verify licensing, entitlements, and subscription eligibility to ensure devices are configured accurately.
- Coordinate internal requests related to serialized device ownership and subscription administration.
- Partner closely with subscription program specialists to support evolving processes, priorities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional operations, business, and technical teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
- Assist with troubleshooting complex subscription and provisioning issues by working with internal and global support teams.
- Maintain accurate records while managing multiple requests and ensuring timely resolution of high-priority tasks.
Subscription Support Coordinator Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 0–1+ years of experience supporting technical licensing, subscription services, provisioning, or related operational processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies and processes.
- Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative approach to supporting internal and external stakeholders.
