Healthcare Research Compliance Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced and collaborative research operations leader to drive strategic initiatives that strengthen research compliance, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness across a complex healthcare and research environment. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor and program leader, partnering with stakeholders to improve processes, develop educational initiatives, support investigator success, and advance a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

This role is on-site in Boston, Massachusetts.

Healthcare Research Compliance Manager Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives that improve research operations, compliance processes, financial oversight, and system integration across the clinical research lifecycle.
• Develop and implement strategic programs, policies, educational resources, and operational frameworks that enhance research quality and regulatory readiness.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities, streamline workflows, and support the adoption of new systems and technologies.
• Design and oversee investigator development, mentoring, training, and career advancement programs that strengthen research capabilities and organizational growth.
• Serve as a subject matter resource for research operations, compliance, and program development while providing guidance to leadership, staff, and research stakeholders.

Healthcare Research Compliance Manager Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field required.
• Extensive experience in research administration, research operations, compliance, program management, or a closely related healthcare research environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in process improvement, strategic planning, policy development, systems implementation, and organizational change management.
• Strong knowledge of clinical research compliance, research finance, billing operations, and regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, mentoring, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of an organization.

Compensation: $28-$32/hr. (DOE)
