Administrative Assistant
Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant who enjoys being the welcoming face of the office while keeping daily operations organized and running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to adapt to a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and committed to providing excellent support to both internal teams and visitors.

This role is on-site in Portland, Oregon.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls while providing professional customer service.
  • Welcome visitors, coordinate deliveries, and support daily front office operations.
  • Provide administrative support, including document preparation, scheduling, and filing.
  • Assist with office coordination, supply management, purchase orders, and maintaining shared workspaces.
  • Support team members with general administrative and employee-related tasks as needed.

Administrative Assistant Qualifications

  • Previous administrative, receptionist, or general office experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional communication skills with a courteous and customer-focused approach.
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn in a collaborative office environment.

Compensation: $18-$25/hour. (DOE)
