Business Analyst
Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to support a collaborative global planning team by transforming complex business data into meaningful insights and executive-ready presentations. This individual will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to consolidate information from multiple sources, develop compelling business narratives, and help drive key planning discussions and leadership reviews. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, organized, and skilled at communicating complex information in a clear, visual, and actionable way.
This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.
Business Analyst Responsibilities
- Analyze and consolidate business data from multiple teams to develop clear insights, trends, risks, and opportunities for leadership audiences.
- Lead the development of monthly business review materials, including executive presentations, visual reporting, and supporting documentation.
- Translate complex data and planning information into concise, compelling business stories that support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with global and regional planning teams to gather, validate, and reconcile business information while ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Coordinate planning activities, timelines, and deliverables to support recurring business reviews and leadership discussions.
- Build polished, executive-ready presentation decks that clearly communicate business performance and planning outcomes.
- Create visual representations of data that simplify complex information and improve stakeholder understanding.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with planning, sales, finance, and leadership teams to ensure accurate and consistent reporting.
- Monitor data quality, identify discrepancies, and work with partners to resolve issues before key planning milestones.
- Support ongoing process improvements that enhance reporting, communication, and planning effectiveness.
Business Analyst Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or similar analytical role.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data and communicate meaningful business insights through clear, compelling storytelling.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and VLOOKUPs.
- Experience creating executive-level presentations and transforming data into effective visual reports.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and build relationships within a matrixed organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting information to internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools and/or Tableau is preferred.
- Experience supporting or delivering business reviews is preferred.
Compensation: Up to $54/hr. (DOE)
