Endpoint Support Technician
Our client is seeking a customer-focused Endpoint Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support for enterprise end users and workplace technology. This individual will play a key role in maintaining endpoint devices, resolving hardware and software issues, supporting conference room technology, and delivering high-quality service to employees and executive leadership. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, collaborative, and committed to delivering responsive, professional IT support in a fast-paced environment.

This role is on-site in Sacramento, California.

Endpoint Support Technician Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for desktop computers, hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and prepare computers, printers, plotters, and related equipment in a Microsoft network environment.
• Diagnose, research, and resolve hardware and software issues while ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Perform computer user data and software inventory activities.
• Support conference room technology and provide Audio/Visual troubleshooting for meetings, including occasional after-hours support.
• Deliver high-touch technical support to executive leadership and other key stakeholders.
• Complete, update, and manage assigned work through the ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Travel between office locations as needed to provide on-site technical assistance.
• Report to IT Platform Services leadership and collaborate effectively with team members while working independently when appropriate.

Endpoint Support Technician Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing IT operations or technical support.
• Experience supporting computer hardware, software, and Microsoft-based desktop environments.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues with minimal supervision.
• Experience working within a ticketing system, preferably ServiceNow.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to support executive-level users professionally.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing assigned tasks independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities.
• Ability to travel between office locations as needed, including use of a personal vehicle.
• CompTIA certification is preferred.

Compensation: $26-$35/hr. (DOE)
