Receptionist
Our client is seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Receptionist who enjoys creating a welcoming environment while supporting a variety of administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator who thrives in a collaborative office environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to visitors, customers, and colleagues.

This role is on-site in Hermiston, Oregon.

Receptionist Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors, answer incoming calls, and coordinate appointments professionally.
  • Provide information about available services and assist with administrative documentation, recordkeeping, and data entry.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems and office records.
  • Support daily office operations, including inventory management, office supply coordination, and administrative projects.
  • Assist with community engagement activities, organizational communications, and other cross-functional support as needed.

Receptionist Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1–2 years of receptionist, administrative, or office support experience preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Valid driver's license required; experience supporting communications, events, administrative projects, or customer engagement is a plus.

Compensation: $19-$21/hour. (DOE)
