Marketing Coordinator
Our client is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of product and brand marketing initiatives within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and relationship-building while helping bring products to market through strong stakeholder coordination and operational excellence. The Marketing Coordinator will partner with a variety of internal teams to ensure projects move forward efficiently, marketing assets are delivered on time, and information is communicated clearly across the organization.
This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon with possible occasional travel locally.
Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and driving alignment across multiple teams and projects.
- Coordinate closely with creative partners, content teams, merchandising groups, and product stakeholders to support the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Track timelines, deliverables, and project milestones to ensure marketing activities remain on schedule and key partners remain informed.
- Assist with the development, organization, and distribution of source materials and marketing copy used to support product storytelling and campaign execution.
- Partner with product and merchandising teams to help bring seasonal initiatives and product launches to market effectively.
- Coordinate product sample management activities, including gathering, organizing, packaging, and shipping materials to internal and external partners as needed.
- Prepare presentations, recaps, and project updates using Keynote and Microsoft Office tools to support stakeholder meetings and business reviews.
- Help establish and maintain effective processes, tools, and best practices that improve team efficiency and execution consistency.
- Support vendor and partner communications to ensure deliverables align with established timelines and project needs.
- Contribute to a highly collaborative team environment while building strong working relationships across a broad network of internal partners.
Marketing Coordinator Qualifications
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in a marketing, brand, product marketing, or related coordination role.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build productive relationships across diverse teams.
- Highly responsive and proactive in managing follow-up, stakeholder communications, and project coordination.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Experience creating presentations and business materials using Keynote.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- Experience within the footwear, apparel, or consumer products industry is highly desirable.
- Exposure to developing marketing plans or supporting go-to-market initiatives is a plus.
- Product management experience or a strong understanding of the product lifecycle and commercialization process is preferred.
- Willingness to travel locally on an occasional basis as business needs require.
Compensation: Up to $31.33/hr. (DOE)
