Remediation Financial Analyst
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remediation Financial Analyst to support a high-profile financial services program through a combination of financial operations, reporting, and process execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional analytical thinking, and builds strong partnerships across teams to drive accuracy, efficiency, and operational excellence. This individual is highly organized, adaptable to changing priorities, and motivated to identify opportunities for continuous improvement while maintaining a strong focus on quality and results.

This role is fully remote. Applicants who are able to work EST or PST hours are preferred.

Remediation Financial Analyst Responsibilities

• Manage the timely and accurate processing of customer invoicing, billing activities, and related financial operations.
• Analyze project financial data, reporting trends, and operational metrics to identify issues and support informed decision-making.
• Develop, maintain, and refine forecasting models, cost analyses, and financial projections for ongoing projects.
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, project leadership, and finance teams to improve reporting accuracy and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Create and maintain procedures, reporting tools, and system processes that enhance efficiency, consistency, and revenue performance.

Remediation Financial Analyst Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations within a fast-paced professional environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel expertise, including advanced formulas, complex reporting, and financial data analysis.
• Experience with invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting processes.
• Demonstrated analytical abilities with exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience) required; bachelor’s degree, financial modeling experience, and familiarity with SAP are preferred.

Compensation: $25-$31/hr. (DOE)
