Senior Full Stack Developer
Our client is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to help design and deliver modern, data-driven applications that support advanced analytics, automation, and emerging AI capabilities. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who enjoys building scalable solutions across the full technology stack, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and translating complex business needs into high-quality software products. The successful candidate will bring strong technical expertise, architectural insight, and a passion for developing secure, high-performing applications in cloud-based environments.

This role is fully remote.

Senior Full Stack Developer Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications across frontend, backend, and data layers while promoting clean architecture and maintainable code practices.
• Build modern user interfaces using contemporary JavaScript frameworks and develop robust APIs and backend services that support business-critical functionality.
• Integrate applications with cloud-based data platforms, data warehouses, and third-party systems to support both real-time and batch processing needs.
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize applications within AWS environments, leveraging containerization, automation, and CI/CD best practices.
• Collaborate with data engineers, AI specialists, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions from concept through production deployment.
• Incorporate AI-driven functionality and intelligent automation features into applications while ensuring security, reliability, and responsible implementation practices.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and implement enhancements to improve scalability, responsiveness, and user experience.
• Establish and maintain secure authentication, authorization, and data protection practices that align with industry standards and client requirements.
• Participate in architectural planning, technical reviews, and peer code reviews to promote engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical guidance and contribute to strategic decisions regarding application design, cloud architecture, and development processes.

Senior Full Stack Developer Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience developing and supporting full-stack web applications.
• Strong frontend development experience using modern frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or similar technologies.
• Strong backend development experience utilizing Python or other object-oriented programming languages.
• Demonstrated experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs and other service-based architectures.
• Hands-on experience deploying and supporting applications within AWS cloud environments.
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including data modeling and database integration.
• Proven ability to translate business objectives and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable software solutions.
• Experience contributing to application architecture decisions, system design, and engineering best practices.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies, automated deployment pipelines, and modern DevOps methodologies.
• Experience integrating AI, machine learning, or large language model (LLM) capabilities into production applications is highly preferred.
• Experience working with modern data warehouse, lakehouse, or analytics platforms is strongly preferred.
• Background supporting data-intensive, analytics-focused, or enterprise-scale applications is preferred.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in evolving environments.

Salary: $135K-$160K/year. (DOE)
