Product Line Manager
Our client is seeking a Product Line Manager to lead product creation for a category of elite-to-everyday performance apparel. This role partners closely with a Product Director along with Design, Technical Design, Merchandising, and Sports Marketing teams to bring product strategy to life. The ideal candidate combines strong product management experience with sharp business intuition, excellent cross-functional communication skills, and a passion for performance and women’s apparel.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Product Line Manager Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee product creation across a performance apparel category, from concept through execution.
• Lead product and design reviews to guide direction and ensure alignment with brand and business goals.
• Connect with merchandising partners at key strategy checkpoints throughout the product lifecycle.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings, representing product priorities and timelines.
• Create compelling visual tools and presentations to influence design, merchandising, and downstream geography partners.
• Communicate consistently, clearly, and in a timely manner with cross-functional partners, both written and verbal.
• Lead with a collaborative, “one team” mindset across functions and hold team members accountable for deadlines and quality of work.
• Operate effectively in ambiguous situations, creating a clear path forward for the broader team.
• Balance performance-driven product needs with broader retail and business opportunities through strategic thinking.

Product Line Manager Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in product-related roles.
• Proven product management experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Retail Merchandising, Business, or a related field; equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience considered.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to cross-functional partners.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills specific to product management challenges.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity.
• Knowledge of performance apparel is a plus.
• Previous experience in a related industry or with a comparable global brand is a plus.

Compensation: Up to $48/hr. (DOE)
