Plant Controller
Our client, a leading manufacturer with a well-tenured team, is looking for a hands-on Plant Controller to join their team. This role will handle the plant's financials and cost accounting functions, reporting to a Regional Finance Manager. 

Plant Controller Responsibilities

• Handle accounting and finance functions for assigned plant location.
• Responsible for cost accounting and month-end close. 
• Perform financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting; support development of strategic operating plans.
• Track project capital and expenses; gather data to create accurate bill of materials (BOM). 
• Support inventory and cycle counts.
• Identify areas to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Plant Controller Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting-related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant accounting experience with recent manufacturing industry experience.
• 2+ years of cost accounting (COGS, inventory) experience.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close processes.
• Proficient with large ERP systems (SAP a plus).
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
• Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Salary: $90k-$105k (DOE) + Bonus and excellent benefits.
