Healthcare Billing Analyst

Healthcare Billing Analyst Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of rates analysis, data utilization, and pricing model development experience.
- Prior healthcare experience with strong knowledge of various payment methodologies.
- Working knowledge of HFA 1500 Billing form completion.
- Tech-savvy with MS Office Suite including intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Proficiency with database applications and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Healthcare Billing Analyst Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze data to support revenue cycle strategies.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and presentations to convey key information to leadership.
- Audit data for accuracy and resolve underpayment issues.
- Ad-hoc revenue and expense analysis/reporting.
Salary: $28-$30/hr. (DOE)
