Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator
Our client is seeking a Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator to join a youth focused organization during its busiest hiring season. The ideal candidate is a warm, confident communicator who builds easy rapport with all kinds of people and thrives in a casual, collaborative culture. This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon working around 20 hours per week.

Recruiting Coordinator Responsibilities

• Source and screen applicants, managing the candidate pipeline in BambooHR.
• Schedule and conduct virtual interviews via Google Workspace, giving candidates a realistic preview of the work environment and job expectations.
• Match candidates to the opening that suits them best based on scheduling needs and location.
• Extend offers and hand new hires off for a smooth onboarding.
• Keep candidate records accurate and support other HR projects as needed.

Recruiting Coordinator Qualifications

• Hands-on experience interviewing and hiring, ideally with part-time/seasonal roles in education, childcare, or youth programming, with a general HR background.
• BambooHR and Indeed experience preferred.
• Collaborative, strong communicator who is confident asking questions and able to work independently.
• Professional and quiet home workspace for work from home days.
• Must be able to pass a 7-year background check and follow an odor-free workplace policy.

Compensation: $24-$26/hr. (DOE)
