Marketplace Sales Coordinator
Our client is seeking a Marketplace Sales Coordinator to support a fast-paced consumer brand environment where commercial execution, cross-functional collaboration, and marketplace strategy intersect. This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Marketplace Sales Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of seasonal marketplace and sales strategies across key product categories, helping drive commercial growth and business performance.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams including merchandising, marketing, sales, and global marketplace stakeholders to align priorities and ensure seamless execution.
  • Assist in developing sales tools, presentations, and business materials that support sell-in conversations and strategic partner engagement.
  • Gather and analyze marketplace, product, competitive, and sales insights to identify opportunities, inform planning, and support decision-making.
  • Help coordinate key commercial initiatives, seasonal launches, and milestone-driven projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder commitments remain on track.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams to communicate marketplace feedback, business priorities, and evolving commercial needs.
  • Support the creation and delivery of presentations for internal leadership and partner-facing discussions using polished visual storytelling.
  • Track business performance metrics and assist with reporting, forecasting support, and ongoing sales analysis using Excel and presentation tools.

Marketplace Sales Coordinator Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, commercial operations, marketplace coordination, merchandising support, or a related business function.
  • Demonstrated sales experience with an understanding of commercial strategy, customer engagement, or revenue-driving initiatives.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote, with the ability to create polished presentations and analyze business data.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional, fast-moving, and highly collaborative environments.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to interpret business trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Highly proactive, self-directed, and entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving and execution.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Experience within consumer products, retail, branded merchandise, or a similarly fast-paced commercial environment is highly preferred.

Compensation: Up to $33.80/hr. (DOE)
