Digital Content Specialist
Our client is seeking a Digital Content Specialist to support the execution and maintenance of customer-facing digital experiences across a high-traffic ecommerce platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure digital content is accurate and polished, and brings a strong mix of technical aptitude, organization, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable learning new tools while supporting ongoing digital operations.

This role is a hybrid model in Boston, Massachusetts.

Digital Content Specialist Responsibilities

• Manage and publish digital content updates across customer-facing ecommerce platforms using CMS tools, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Perform detailed quality assurance testing for site content, links, promotions, launches, and other digital experiences prior to publication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including digital merchandising, product, design, and content stakeholders to support site updates and campaign execution.
• Troubleshoot content or platform-related issues and escalate or resolve problems to maintain a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain documentation, workflows, and best practices while supporting broader digital operations and site enhancement initiatives.

Digital Content Specialist Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience working with content management systems, ecommerce operations, or digital content publishing.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as SFCC, FirstSpirit, Salesforce, or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new digital tools.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with an understanding of how digital content is structured and displayed online.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Clear communication skills and experience supporting customer-facing digital products or ecommerce experiences preferred.

Compensation: Up to $33.33/hr. (DOE)
