Marketing Coordinator
Our client is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support product seeding and gifting efforts for a high-profile global consumer brand. In this role, you will partner with entertainment, celebrity, and marketing teams to make sure the right product reaches the right people at the right time. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, culturally tuned-in professional who is excited about fashion and mainstream culture.

This role is on-site in Los Angeles, California.

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities

• Place and manage product orders for celebrity, influencer, and partner seeding programs, using style codes to ensure accuracy.
• Serve as a central point of contact for cross-functional partners, including marketing, product, and shared services teams.
• Curate and assemble customized gifted product kits for celebrities and talent, including monthly kits built around individual interests or themes.
• Build and maintain trackers, templates, and order forms that keep campaigns accurate and visible.
• Coordinate timelines and the delivery of product to partners, ensuring priority items are shipped on schedule.
• Recommend process improvements that make seeding workflows more efficient and scalable.
• Support onboarding materials and process documentation for the broader team.

Marketing Coordinator Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of experience in brand marketing, influencer marketing, sports marketing, PR, or seeding coordination.
• Experience placing product orders and working with style codes, or a strong interest in visual merchandising.
• Strong grasp of pop culture and mainstream trends, with genuine enthusiasm for the brand’s products.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with project tracking tools such as Airtable.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and communicative, with the ability to manage competing priorities across teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in the apparel or consumer products industry is preferred.

Compensation: Up to $30.67/hr. (DOE)
