  • Build, enhance, and optimize cloud-based data pipelines and Snowflake data platforms, including data modeling and transformation processes.
  • Create and maintain integration workflows using SQL, Python, dbt, Workato, REST APIs, and cloud-native services.
  • Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
  • Collaborate with software developers, analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reliable technical solutions.
  • Produce technical documentation, integration specifications, and support materials to ensure maintainable and scalable solutions.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to data governance, security, privacy, and role-based access standards.
  • Participate in Agile development activities, including planning, code reviews, testing, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay current on Snowflake capabilities, cloud technologies, integration frameworks, and industry best practices to continuously improve enterprise solutions.

Integration Developer Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Master’s degree or advanced technical certifications are a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience developing enterprise integrations, web applications, cloud-based solutions, or data platforms.
  • Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs, integration services, and automated workflows.
  • Strong proficiency with SQL and Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Workato, dbt, Airflow, or comparable data integration and orchestration technologies.
  • Experience working within AWS, Azure, or other cloud environments.
  • Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data integration patterns, and event-driven architectures.
  • Experience with Git, source control, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development lifecycle practices.
  • Knowledge of data governance, security best practices, role-based access controls, and enterprise data management principles.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose complex system and integration issues.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting large, complex enterprise environments is highly preferred.
  • Experience within highly regulated industries, public sector organizations, or other complex enterprise organizations is a plus.
  • Willingness to provide occasional after-hours support during system upgrades, deployments, or critical production events.
