  • Coordinate customer implementation projects from initial sales handoff through testing, approvals, and successful transition into production.
  • Review new implementation requests to confirm proposed products and solutions can be successfully supported by the selected technology platform.
  • Develop detailed implementation packages and build guides that provide external technology partners with the information needed to configure enrollment solutions accurately.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination between sales teams, internal business partners, customers, and external technology providers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Track project activities, deadlines, outstanding items, and dependencies while proactively following up to keep implementations moving forward.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, status updates, reporting, and workflow activities within Salesforce and other internal systems.
  • Coordinate implementation reviews, file testing, quality assurance activities, and required approvals prior to production.
  • Identify missing or inaccurate information early in the process and collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to resolve issues and prevent delays.
  • Prepare and maintain reports that provide visibility into implementation status, outstanding activities, and overall project progress.
  • Provide responsive support to internal and external partners while escalating risks, unresolved issues, or extended project delays when appropriate.
  • Support implementation-related issues after launch by helping internal teams identify potential causes and coordinate solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, documentation, communication, and the overall customer experience.

Customer Integration Analyst Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, implementation support, customer onboarding, business operations, or a similar role involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations, deadlines, and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Self-accountable and proactive approach with demonstrated ability to take ownership, follow through on commitments, and identify items requiring attention.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to review requirements, project information, and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Experience creating, maintaining, or interpreting project and operational reports.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and comfort learning new business systems and technology platforms.
