You will work closely with a senior creative leader and partner with internal and external teams to bring non-seasonal retail storytelling to life across a broad store portfolio.

- Create, refine, and evolve non-seasonal retail storytelling across the full store portfolio.
- Provide design direction, mentorship, and leadership development to junior designers.
- Establish implementation standards so that creative execution stays consistent across projects.
- Sketch and illustrate concepts, and build presentation materials that clearly communicate design intent to senior creative stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and external partners to balance the needs of the consumer, the brand, and the business.
- Explore emerging technology and interactive design to deepen consumer engagement within retail spaces.
- Produce project production files as needed.

- Proven retail story design and storytelling experience, with a background in retail environments, concepts, and programs. International experience is a plus.
- Portfolio required for team review.
- Advanced proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Keynote.
- Strong ability to sketch ideas and communicate concept development visually.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and meeting facilitation, with the ability to convey complex or sensitive concepts to senior leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, architecture, interior design, or a related field is preferred but not required. Equivalent experience is welcome.
- Prior experience with a leading global brand is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with After Effects, Premiere, Miro, Figma, SketchUp, or Unreal Engine is a plus.
