Retail Allocation Planner Responsibilities

  • Build seasonal flow plans and store-level allocation strategies that reflect business priorities, consumer demand, and store-specific needs.
  • Develop style, color, and size level initial loads and replenishment plans for the full store fleet.
  • Review store performance each week and adjust allocation quantities based on variances to plan.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information concisely to varied audiences and work effectively across teams.
  • Solid understanding of financial, product, and inventory planning, along with consumer and merchandise trends.
  • Familiarity with store operations and how freight is received is a plus.
