Administrative Program Coordinator (Hybrid)
Our client is seeking an Administrative Program Coordinator who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting multiple programs in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to coordinate logistics, manage competing priorities, and provide excellent service to a wide range of stakeholders.
This role is a hybrid model in Boston, Massachusetts.
Administrative Program Coordinator Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative and operational support for professional development programs, seminars, consultations, and related initiatives.
- Manage program logistics, including Outlook calendar invites, meeting coordination, room scheduling, catering, audio-visual needs, and technology support.
- Support program application processes, admissions committee coordination, evaluations, outcome tracking, and reporting.
- Prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, track action items, and maintain accurate records, manuals, and data systems.
- Assist with marketing materials, website updates, supply inventory, purchasing, and other administrative projects as needed.
Administrative Program Coordinator Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 1-2 years of administrative, program coordination, or operational support experience.
- Experience in a nonprofit, healthcare, academic, or education-related setting is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage details, and balance multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and web-based tools.
Compensation: $24-$26/hr. (DOE)
