Project Coordinator
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join a collaborative team on a high-visibility initiative. The initiative focuses on modernizing how the organization develops its products and manages the data behind them. This role will help build the tools and processes that support excellence in project and program management.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Project Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Support the project manager in facilitating work breakdown sessions, building the initial project schedule, and keeping it current with minimal oversight.
  • Coordinate schedules and timelines across the team to keep deliverables on track and deadlines met.
  • Anticipate project needs and potential roadblocks and act on them before they are raised.
  • Prepare and distribute status updates, project health metrics, and progress reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Help define project resource requirements and maintain resource plans.
  • Compile project budget data, comparing actual versus forecasted hours for accounting purposes, and assist with cost estimates.
  • Contribute to risk management by assessing the criticality, probability, and impact of risks, developing mitigation strategies, and assigning owners and actions.
  • Maintain accurate project data and documentation, and help define the tools and processes that support consistent project management practices.

Project Coordinator Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a program coordinator, operations coordinator, or similar role.
  • Proven ability to manage schedules, coordinate multiple moving parts, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, highly organized, and able to anticipate needs without being asked.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Hands-on experience with Airtable.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with equivalent experience considered. A project management certification is a plus.
  • Experience with data entry, Miro, or Cursor is a plus.
  • Familiarity with using AI tools to work more efficiently is a plus.

Compensation: Up to $40.85/hr. (DOE)
