Graphic Designer (Hybrid)
Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can translate ideas into compelling, brand-consistent visual communications. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple projects and revisions while maintaining strong design standards and meeting tight deadlines.

This role is a hybrid model in Scottsdale, Arizona or Minnetonka, Minnesota.

Graphic Designer Responsibilities

• Design engaging marketing and advertising materials across print, digital, point-of-sale, direct mail, promotional, and other consumer-facing channels.
• Maintain brand consistency and quality standards across creative deliverables while ensuring required messaging and design elements are accurately incorporated.
• Manage projects from initial concept through production, including preparing press-ready artwork, coordinating proofs, and delivering final files to vendors.
• Collaborate with marketing teams, fellow designers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to develop effective creative solutions.
• Organize and maintain design files, templates, and creative archives while ensuring projects are properly reviewed, finalized, and documented.

Graphic Designer Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional graphic design and production experience, preferably within an advertising agency, design firm, retail, or similarly fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat, with experience preparing press-ready files and print-quality PDFs.
• Demonstrated ability to translate creative direction and business needs into polished visual communications that support brand and marketing objectives.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and rounds of revisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively with internal teams and external vendors; a bachelor’s degree is preferred, and video editing, motion graphics, or web design experience is a plus.

Compensation: $68K-$70K/year. (DOE)
