Maintenance Spare Parts Coordinator
Our client is seeking a Maintenance Spare Parts Coordinator to support the organization and accuracy of a facility’s maintenance inventory. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has strong organizational skills, and is comfortable using computers to maintain inventory records. Working closely with the Maintenance Manager and maintenance team, you will help establish and maintain an efficient spare parts storage system that supports daily operations.

This role is on-site in McMinnville, Oregon.

Maintenance Spare Parts Coordinator Responsibilities

• Locate, collect, organize, label, and properly store maintenance spare parts throughout the facility.
• Sort similar components together, identify parts, document quantities, and maintain an organized inventory system.
• Accurately enter and update spare parts information in the company’s computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Partner with the Maintenance Manager and maintenance staff to ensure inventory is organized, accessible, and accurately documented.
• Conduct routine inventory organization and housekeeping activities to improve efficiency and reduce misplaced materials.
• Assist with tracking inventory levels and maintaining accurate records of stored parts.
• Safely handle and transport materials throughout the facility, lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.

Maintenance Spare Parts Coordinator Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to accurately enter and maintain inventory records in a computerized system.
• Experience with inventory, warehouse, stockroom, maintenance, manufacturing, or related environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), such as MaintainX, is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude, shop class experience, or familiarity with maintenance parts is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with maintenance personnel.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing no more than 50 pounds.

Compensation: $20/hr.
