Data Analyst
Our client is seeking a Data Analyst to support a high-impact enterprise transformation initiative by delivering meaningful data insights that help drive strategic business decisions. This role is ideal for an analytical, collaborative professional who enjoys solving complex problems, working across cross-functional teams, and turning large data sets into actionable recommendations in a fast-paced environment.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Data Analyst Responsibilities

• Support a large-scale business transformation initiative through data analysis, reporting, and actionable business insights.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations that support sourcing, materials, and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Excel and Tableau to communicate key metrics.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives, reporting needs, and ongoing business priorities.
• Translate complex data into clear, concise insights that enable informed business decisions.
• Assist with project planning, tracking, and execution while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve reporting processes, data quality, and analytical capabilities.
• Support procurement, sourcing, cost analysis, and related business functions through data-driven recommendations.

Data Analyst Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Two or more years of business-focused data analytics experience; retail industry experience is preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience creating data visualizations with Tableau.
• Experience working with large datasets and transforming data into meaningful business insights.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with sourcing, procurement, cost analysis, supply chain, or operations is highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of SQL required; Python, Snowflake, Alteryx, or related analytical tools are preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while managing multiple priorities.
• SQL or Python certifications are a plus, but not required.

Compensation: Up to $34/hr. (DOE)
