Business Systems Analyst
Our client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support partner operations, reporting, and business process execution within a collaborative, data-driven environment. This role is ideal for an analytical professional who enjoys working with operational data, improving business processes, resolving partner inquiries, and maintaining the accuracy of critical systems and reporting.

This role is a hybrid model in Westminster, Colorado.

Business Systems Analyst Responsibilities

  • Manage partner pipeline reporting activities, including reviewing and approving submitted opportunities based on established business requirements.
  • Audit partner-submitted data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with defined standards.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new partners, including user setup and access within the partner management platform.
  • Respond to partner questions and troubleshoot issues related to system functionality and portal usage.
  • Analyze reporting, usage trends, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
  • Verify that lead routing processes are executed correctly and documented accurately within the partner management system.
  • Support ongoing system administration activities, including routine updates, maintenance, and operational enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Business Systems Analyst Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in a quantitative role such as business operations, business analytics, sales operations, finance, or data analytics is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Sheets is highly preferred.
  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt effectively within a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience resolving customer or partner inquiries is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.
