Product Data Analyst
Our client is seeking a Product Data Analyst to support the accuracy, integrity, and management of product information across key business systems and processes. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with large datasets, collaborating across teams, and ensuring critical product information is maintained throughout the product lifecycle. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, leverage strong analytical skills, and contribute to operational excellence through data quality and process improvement initiatives.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Product Data Analyst Responsibilities

• Maintain and update product information throughout various stages of the product lifecycle, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Analyze, validate, and manage large datasets to support business operations and downstream system requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including product, merchandising, development, and operations teams, to ensure data consistency and alignment.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve data-related issues, discrepancies, and system challenges in collaboration with internal partners.
• Support the successful flow of product information between business systems and operational processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve data management practices, workflows, and operational efficiencies.
• Monitor data quality standards and help establish best practices for maintaining trusted product information.
• Prioritize multiple assignments and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Product Data Analyst Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in product data management, product lifecycle management, data operations, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency working with data, digital platforms, and business systems.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, formulas, and data analysis functions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large volumes of data with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience identifying and resolving data discrepancies, errors, and process issues.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize competing tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Degree not required; relevant professional experience is highly valued.

Compensation: $27.46/hr.
