Provider Enrollment Representative (Remote)
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented healthcare operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment. This remote opportunity is ideal for someone who can balance independent work with cross-functional collaboration while ensuring critical provider data is maintained with precision to support member access and payment accuracy.

This role is fully remote.

Provider Enrollment Representative Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end provider enrollment and onboarding activities to ensure timely network participation and accurate reimbursement setup.
• Maintain and update provider records with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring data integrity across internal systems.
• Review, validate, and troubleshoot provider information discrepancies, driving issues through resolution efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support provider implementation processes and operational continuity.
• Handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining compliance with established processes and quality standards.

Provider Enrollment Representative Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in managed care, healthcare operations, provider services, or a related business environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
• Experience with provider data management, claims systems, or platforms such as ONYX, FACETS, or similar healthcare applications.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and related business tools.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Compensation: $20-$22/hr. (DOE)
