Senior Product Line Manager
Our client is seeking a Senior Product Line Manager to lead the development and execution of high-profile apparel product lines within a dynamic, consumer-focused environment. This individual will partner across design, merchandising, development, planning, and external stakeholders to bring innovative products to market while balancing consumer insights, business objectives, and brand strategy. The ideal candidate combines strong product management expertise with exceptional relationship-building skills and a passion for creating impactful consumer experiences.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Senior Product Line Manager Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product line management for complex apparel collections, from concept and strategy through commercialization and market launch.
  • Translate consumer insights, marketplace trends, and business objectives into compelling product strategies and seasonal line plans.
  • Partner closely with design, development, merchandising, sourcing, finance, and planning teams to drive product creation and execution.
  • Manage key product milestones, timelines, and cross-functional deliverables to ensure successful launches and on-time execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, partners, athletes, and licensing organizations to align product initiatives and business goals.
  • Present product concepts, strategies, and seasonal assortments to both internal and external audiences, influencing decisions and securing alignment.
  • Analyze product performance, consumer behavior, and market opportunities to support revenue growth and future product planning.
  • Lead cross-functional problem-solving efforts to ensure products meet quality, performance, and consumer expectations.

Senior Product Line Manager Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, merchandising, or a related consumer product environment.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale apparel products and collaborating closely with design and product creation teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage consumer insights, market trends, and business data to inform product decisions.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills with both internal and external partners.
  • Experience within licensed merchandise, team apparel, uniforms, branded products, or logo-driven product categories is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, presentation tools, and product planning or collaboration platforms.
  • Experience working with athletes, sports organizations, or external brand partners is a plus.

Compensation: Up to $56/hr. (DOE)
