Regional Territory Sales Manager
Our client is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Regional Territory Sales Manager to expand business within a designated territory while serving as a trusted advisor to customers and vendor partners. This individual will thrive in an independent, field-based sales environment, leveraging strong industry knowledge, consultative selling skills, and a proactive approach to uncover growth opportunities. The ideal candidate is professional, self-motivated, highly organized, and passionate about building long-term partnerships that deliver mutual success.

This role is open to applicants located in the Mid-Western US region.

Regional Territory Sales Manager Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities and expand market share through strategic prospecting and relationship-building efforts.
  • Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio by providing exceptional service, consultative guidance, and ongoing account support.
  • Plan and execute territory travel, customer meetings, and sales activities to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage pipelines, document customer interactions, track performance metrics, and maintain accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, distribution partners, and vendor representatives to support customer success, market expansion, and promotional initiatives.

Regional Territory Sales Manager Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant sales experience.
  • 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience within foodservice, restaurant supply, beverage, coffee/tea, or food distribution industries.
  • Proven ability to develop new business, manage customer relationships, and consistently achieve sales goals in a territory-based environment.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and travel up to 50%.

Salary: $115K-$120K/year. + Bonus. (DOE)
