Proposal Coordinator
Our client is seeking a highly organized and polished Proposal Coordinator who thrives in deadline-driven environments, can confidently manage competing priorities, and excels at bringing clarity to complex, cross-functional initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive communicator with strong critical thinking, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate stakeholders at all levels to deliver high-quality, client-facing materials that support business growth.
This role is fully remote. Applicants must reside in Oregon, Washington, Utah, or Idaho. PST working hours are required.
Proposal Coordinator Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end coordination, tracking, and submission of complex proposals, questionnaires, and related sales support materials within strict deadlines.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and leadership to gather, validate, and refine content for accurate, compelling proposal responses.
- Manage proposal workflows, reporting, documentation, and process improvements to support operational efficiency and consistency.
- Analyze information, resolve content or process issues, and make informed recommendations to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Develop and edit written and visual proposal materials, including proofreading, formatting, and presentation support.
Proposal Coordinator Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in proposal coordination, project management, sales support, healthcare administration, or a related business environment.
- Strong project management, technical writing, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database/reporting systems; proposal management platform experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically, solve problems independently, and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Compensation: $30-$35/hr. (DOE)
