Project Manager (Store Development)
Our client is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Project Manager to support a fast-paced store development team. This individual will play a critical role in coordinating retail concept projects, managing competing priorities, and stepping in wherever needed to keep initiatives moving forward. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, thrives in a collaborative environment, and can effectively balance structure with flexibility in a dynamic, evolving workload.
This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon
Project Manager Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end project coordination for retail store development initiatives, including new builds, remodels, and updates.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure work is completed on schedule and aligned with business objectives.
- Track budgets, costs, and financial data across projects, ensuring accuracy and visibility for stakeholders.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to gather inputs, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including schedules, budgets, risks, and performance metrics.
- Support vendor coordination, purchase order processes, and invoice tracking in alignment with established procedures.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, escalating as needed while supporting resolution efforts.
- Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing across teams to enhance project delivery consistency.
Project Manager Qualifications
- 6–7 years of project management experience, preferably within retail, consumer goods, or corporate environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and organization.
- Experience supporting store development, construction, or facilities-related projects is preferred.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience tracking budgets, costs, and project-related reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
- Prior experience in retail or apparel-related organizations is a plus.
Compensation: Up to $55.63/hr. (DOE)
