Locums Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate)
Our client is seeking a compassionate and adaptable Locums Provider to support their community-based clinic. This role is on-site in Oregon City, Oregon.

Locums Provider Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care services, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
• Order, interpret, and act on laboratory results and diagnostic imaging to guide patient care decisions.
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans in accordance with clinical guidelines and scope of practice.
• Coordinate care by referring patients to specialists and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
• Perform minor procedures within scope of practice and clinical competency.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within the electronic health record system.
• Support and guide clinical support staff in patient care activities and workflow coordination.
• Participate in daily team huddles, quality improvement initiatives, and care coordination efforts.
• Deliver culturally responsive care with sensitivity to diverse and underserved populations.
• Adhere to all regulatory, compliance, and safety standards, including patient confidentiality requirements.

Locums Provider Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program or completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program is required.
• Active national certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate is required.
• Current, unrestricted Oregon license with prescriptive authority is required.
• BLS and/or ACLS certification is required.
• Experience providing care in community health, primary care, or underserved settings is preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic health records, preferably EPIC, and Microsoft Office tools is required.
• Strong clinical decision-making skills with the ability to manage a high-volume patient panel.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional, service-oriented approach in both written and verbal interactions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Bilingual Spanish language skills are preferred.

Compensation: $60-$70/hr. (DOE)
