Supply Chain Data Analytics Lead
Our client is seeking a Supply Chain Data Analytics Lead to guide reporting, automation, and process improvement for the materials organization within a global footwear and apparel business. This role partners closely with materials planning, technology, and operations teams to turn complex supply chain data into clear insight and measurable efficiency gains. The ideal candidate is a self-directed analyst who is comfortable leading initiatives in a fast-moving, evolving environment.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Supply Chain Data Analytics Lead Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reporting that supports materials and accessories planning and forecasting for footwear and apparel.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes, then lead those initiatives from discovery through implementation and adoption.
• Create dashboards and reports that give planning teams reliable visibility into key performance trends and opportunities.
• Use AI-assisted tools to speed up dashboard and report development, and review the output carefully to confirm accuracy.
• Automate recurring data workflows to reduce manual effort and shorten the time it takes to reach insights.
• Present findings to senior leaders in clear, compelling summaries that support decisions and action.
• Set reporting standards and best practices, and serve as a trusted advisor to planning teams across the organization.
• Work independently to prioritize projects and move them forward with minimal direction.

Supply Chain Data Analytics Lead Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a data analyst with a supply chain background, ideally with senior or lead-level ownership.
• Strong experience building reports for supply chain materials planning.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Demonstrated success leading process improvement initiatives and turning business needs into practical solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Databricks is preferred.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to build dashboards and reports, with the judgment to spot inaccurate or unreliable output.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and work independently.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Prior experience in the footwear, apparel, or consumer products industry is preferred.

Compensation: Up to $44.37/hr. (DOE)
