Scheduler
Our client is seeking a highly organized and dependable Scheduler to support daily operations within a growing care-focused organization. This role is responsible for coordinating schedules across a high-volume client base, ensuring consistent coverage, and maintaining strong communication with both staff and clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle competing priorities, and is comfortable managing a large and evolving schedule.
This role is on-site in Portland, Oregon.
Scheduler Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage schedules for a large client population, ensuring all shifts are filled accurately and efficiently.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling changes, call-offs, and coverage needs.
- Proactively identify gaps in coverage and arrange appropriate staffing solutions.
- Communicate clearly with field staff and internal team members regarding schedule updates and expectations.
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and ensure systems are kept up to date.
- Support on-call rotation, responding to urgent staffing needs outside of standard business hours as assigned.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve scheduling processes and overall operational efficiency.
Scheduler Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume scheduling (experience supporting large client or employee populations preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt quickly to changing needs.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and responsive approach.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and schedule management.
- Comfortable working onsite full-time and participating in an on-call rotation.
- Proficiency with scheduling systems and standard office software.
Salary: $51K-$52K/year. (DOE)
