Production and Service Technician
Our client is seeking a Production and Service Technician to support the assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of specialized electronic hardware. This role is ideal for an experienced technician with strong hands-on electronics expertise who can work across both production and service functions while maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy.

This role is on-site in Sunnyvale, California.

Production and Service Technician Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic hardware, including units returned from field use.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of RF, microprocessor-based, and related electronic systems to identify component- and system-level issues.
• Assemble electronic hardware and circuit board-based products according to established specifications and quality requirements.
• Conduct functional testing, inspection, and quality control activities to verify product performance and reliability.
• Identify hardware failures, determine appropriate corrective actions, and complete repairs or component replacements as needed.
• Support production and service workflows while maintaining accurate, consistent, and high-quality workmanship.
• Follow established manufacturing, testing, repair, and quality procedures throughout the product lifecycle.

Production and Service Technician Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in electronics production, repair, troubleshooting, testing, or a closely related technical environment.
• Strong hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing electronic hardware and components.
• Demonstrated knowledge of RF systems and microprocessor-based electronics, including the ability to troubleshoot complex hardware issues.
• Experience with electronic hardware assembly, functional testing, inspection, and quality control.
• Ability to interpret technical information and systematically isolate and resolve electronic failures.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing accurate, reliable, and high-quality work.
• Ability to work effectively across both manufacturing and technical service or repair functions.

Compensation: $20-$23/hr. (DOE)
