Payroll Specialist
Our client has an opening for a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to grow with their onsite team. Come join a locally owned company continuing to thrive in the Pacific Northwest for more than three decades.

Payroll Specialist Responsibilities

  • Run payroll cycles throughout the month and review employee hours for multiple entities.
  • Ensure benefits, deductions, payments, and invoices are accurate.
  • Respond to employees' payroll-related inquiries.
  • Maintain payroll reports.
  • Support administrative and general HR duties as needed.

Payroll Specialist Qualifications

  • 5 years of payroll processing experience.
  • Experience with multi-state and/or multi-entity preferred.
  • Knowledge of general HR processes preferred.
  • Proficient with ADP or similar large payroll system and MS Office including Excel.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and customer service skills.

Salary: $28-$40/hr. + Bonus (DOE)
