Senior Manager / Finance Manager
Our client is experiencing exponential annual growth and has an immediate need for a Finance Manager or Senior Finance Manager to join their team in Nashville, Tennessee. This individual will be in a highly visible role, working alongside the General Manager and SVP of Finance. Those looking for great benefits and a set growth path are encouraged to apply!

This is a hybrid role requiring qualified applicants to commute weekly to offices in Nashville, Tennessee.

Senior Manager / Finance Manager Responsibilities 

• Perform revenue, expense, and financial performance analysis and modeling.
• Present financial data and results to management and stakeholders.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budget and forecasting.
• Financial reporting and comparing forecasts to actuals. 
• Establish KPIs and metrics. 
• Support system testing and enhancements. 

Senior Manager / Finance Manager Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field. 
• 5+ years of financial planning and analysis with previous supervisory experience. 
• Prior financial modeling experience required. 
• Advanced Excel skills and well-versed with data visualization software (Power BI, Alteryx, or similar). 
• Strong business partnering, communication, and presentation skills. 
• Excellent business acumen with the ability to translate data to the big picture. 

Salary: $120k-$145k (DOE)
