HRIS Analyst
Our client is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support workforce operations, reporting, and data-driven decision-making within a complex, fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for an analytical and highly organized professional who can manage workforce data and processes while developing dashboards, reports, and presentations that translate information into meaningful insights for leadership.

This role is a hybrid model in Boston, Massachusetts.

HRIS Analyst Responsibilities

• to staffing, attendance, productivity, overtime, vacancies, and other key performance measures.
• Analyze workforce and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that support planning, performance improvement, and leadership decision-making.
• Support workforce administration processes, including payroll coordination, time and attendance, scheduling, vacation tracking, staffing data, and related reporting.
• Ensure workforce and operational data is accurate, consistent, and reliable across reporting and administrative processes.
• Create executive-level summaries, presentations, and reporting materials that clearly communicate findings and recommendations through data.
• Partner with operational leaders and cross-functional teams, including Human Resources, Finance, and Information Systems, to address reporting and workforce needs.
• Leverage technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to streamline reporting processes and improve access to actionable information.

HRIS Analyst Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience supporting workforce analytics, HR operations, workforce management, business operations, performance improvement, or a related function.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience using pivot tables and analyzing complex datasets.
• Experience developing dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools, with Power BI strongly preferred.
• Experience working with payroll, scheduling, time and attendance, staffing, productivity, or other workforce-related data and processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information, identify meaningful trends, and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to effectively communicate data to leadership audiences.
• Healthcare or similarly complex operational environment experience is preferred.
• Master’s degree in a related discipline is preferred.
• Ability to provide work samples demonstrating dashboard development, data-driven presentations, and Excel analysis is preferred.

Compensation: $40-$45/hr. (DOE)
