Facilities Maintenance Technician

This role is fully on-site in Lewiston, Idaho.

Facilities Maintenance Technician Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and preventive maintenance to keep equipment and systems running properly.
• Diagnose and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain optimal performance.
• Install and upgrade equipment in line with manufacturer and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, including work orders, schedules, and equipment histories.
• Follow safety protocols, including proper PPE use and lockout/tagout procedures.

Facilities Maintenance Technician Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or an associate’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field, with knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, including experience with CMMS software.
• Familiarity with Building Management Systems maintenance and monitoring.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Suite, and facilities management software such as Famis 360.

Compensation: $25-$30/hr. (DOE)
