Our client is seeking a Data Migration Analyst to support a concurrent enterprise HR and financial system implementation. This hands-on, execution-focused role is critical to keeping the project on track, with go-lives planned for financials in December and HCM in November and April. The ideal candidate is a self-directed doer who thrives on detailed, behind-the-scenes work that is essential to a successful launch.

- Extract, clean, and transform employee, compensation, and payroll data from the legacy payroll system.
- Map legacy data fields to Workday HCM load templates and specifications.

- Run iterative data loads and support parallel payroll testing throughout the implementation.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) ahead of go-live.
- Digitize records and reconcile and organize files within the client’s document management platform.
- Manage your own task list, work independently, and communicate blockers clearly and proactively.

- Hands-on experience with Workday, which is required, including data migration templates and loads such as EIB.
- Prior experience with payroll or HRIS system migrations and implementations.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and macros.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to catch errors in large data sets.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight in a fast-paced, deadline-driven project environment.
