Contracts Review Specialist
Our client is seeking a Contracts Review Specialist to take ownership of the full contract lifecycle for a growing organization. In this role, you will guide agreements from first request through final signature, serving as the main point of contact for outside partners and internal teams. You will bring structure, consistency, and compliance to every contract the company signs.

This role is fully remote. PST working hours are required.

Contracts Review Specialist Responsibilities

  • Manage the full contract review process, from intake through execution, for a wide range of agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, purchase orders, and other vendor or client agreements.
  • Serve as the primary contact for external parties and act as the go-between for internal finance on job setup, billing terms, retainage, and amendments.
  • Bring senior leadership into negotiations at the right moments and coordinate legal counsel review when needed.
  • Verify that every agreement meets compliance requirements, including insurance, bonding, and state and local regulations.
  • Review terms and conditions on major changes and amendments, and confirm signing authority is followed.
  • Maintain an organized contract repository and file structure.
  • Monitor expiration dates, renewals, and key milestones so nothing lapses.
  • Coordinate administrative contract closeout.
  • Build trackers, checklists, and reporting tools, and establish consistent contract administration practices across the organization.

Contracts Review Specialist Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience owning and managing contracts.
  • Background in legal, construction, or business-to-business sales environments is strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of contract terms and conditions, compliance requirements, and insurance and bonding standards.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple agreements and deadlines at once.
  • Clear, professional communication skills and comfort working with executives, outside partners, and legal counsel.
  • Experience creating tracking logs, checklists, and reporting tools.
  • A degree in business or law is a plus, but not required.

Compensation: $30/hr. (DOE)
