Brand Designer
Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Brand Designer to help bring compelling brand stories to life through elevated visual execution. This individual will thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment and bring a strong point of view informed by contemporary fashion, streetwear, sport, and cultural trends. The ideal candidate combines exceptional design craft with curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for producing impactful creative work across a variety of brand experiences.

This role is on-site in Los Angeles, California.

Brand Designer Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-quality 2D design assets that support integrated brand campaigns and storytelling initiatives.
• Translate creative direction into polished visual concepts and deliverables while maintaining consistency across projects.
• Partner closely with designers, art directors, marketers, and cross-functional teams to bring creative ideas to life.
• Contribute hands-on design support throughout all phases of projects, from concept development through final execution.
• Present design concepts and articulate creative rationale to internal stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
• Stay informed on emerging trends across fashion, streetwear, sport, art, media, and culture to inspire fresh creative thinking.
• Maintain a meticulous attention to detail and uphold a high standard of craft across all deliverables.
• Effectively manage multiple assignments and priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Brand Designer Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–4 years of directly relevant experience in brand, graphic, or visual design roles.
• Demonstrated mastery of Figma for 2D design and creative execution; product design experience alone is not sufficient.
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional visual design skills and creative problem-solving abilities; portfolio submission or website link is required for consideration.
• Experience creating work within streetwear, sport, fashion, or other culturally driven consumer brands is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, composition, visual storytelling, and brand expression.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
• Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to explore new ideas, techniques, and creative approaches.
• Exposure to or experience supporting art direction for in-studio photography is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but not required; equivalent professional experience will be considered.

Compensation: Up to $46.67/hr. (DOE)
