Workday HCM Payroll Analyst
Our client is seeking a Workday HCM Payroll Analyst to join a mid-stage implementation and help carry it across the finish line. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for a detail-driven professional who takes pride in getting the work done right. This role is on-site in Portland, Oregon.

Workday HCM Payroll Analyst Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and transform employee, compensation, and payroll data from legacy systems.
• Map legacy fields to Workday HCM data templates and validate demographic, benefits, and job profile data.
• Run iterative data loads and support parallel payroll testing.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) ahead of the upcoming go-live phases.
• Digitize records and reconcile and organize files within SharePoint

Workday HCM Payroll Analyst Qualifications

• Required hands-on experience with Workday data migration and implementation, including templates such as EIB and iLoad.
• Strong payroll and HRIS experience, with ADP familiarity a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and macros.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a talent for catching small errors in large data sets.
• Self-directed and reliable, able to manage tasks independently and communicate roadblocks clearly.
