Project Manager
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional initiatives, improve operational processes, and keep projects moving toward established goals. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, resourceful professional who can manage competing priorities, anticipate challenges, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and bring structure and accountability to a fast-paced environment.
This role is fully remote.
Project Manager Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to establish project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and measures of success.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities, maintaining momentum, quality, and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify potential risks, roadblocks, and operational challenges early, develop mitigation plans, and drive issues through resolution.
- Develop, document, and enhance processes that improve efficiency, consistency, scalability, and overall project execution.
- Maintain project plans, status reporting, dashboards, documentation, and stakeholder communications to provide visibility into progress and outcomes.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across project teams, ensuring responsibilities, priorities, and expectations remain clear.
- Manage contract backlog in alignment with revenue objectives and process contract line claims according to applicable billing and financial control requirements.
- Support organizational change initiatives by helping teams implement new processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Apply established project management methodologies and best practices to support consistent and successful project delivery.
- Leverage technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to enhance workflows, reporting, collaboration, and operational efficiency.
Project Manager Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, preferably within a SaaS, technology, automotive, or similarly fast-paced business environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects and competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across cross-functional teams.
- Experience developing, documenting, and improving business processes with an emphasis on operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management or collaboration platforms such as Jira, MS Project, Visio, Confluence, SharePoint, Salesforce, Power Automate, or MS Teams.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to shifting priorities, and take ownership of assignments in a dynamic environment.
- Accounting or financial operations experience is preferred; experience supporting an automotive dealership or related business environment is a plus.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Ability to travel occasionally for business meetings.
