Group Enrollment Specialist (Remote)
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Group Enrollment Specialist to support the accurate and timely onboarding of new small-group customers, with additional support for renewals as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and customer-focused, with strong judgment, communication skills, and the ability to independently manage changing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

This role is fully remote. Applicants must reside in Oregon, Washington, Utah, Idaho, or North Dakota. PST working hours are required.

Group Enrollment Specialist Responsibilities

• Manage new group enrollment and setup activities from initial documentation through completion, ensuring information is processed accurately and on schedule.
• Review group documentation, establish eligibility requirements, and apply applicable benefits, rates, and enrollment information according to established procedures.
• Ensure group enrollment activities comply with applicable organizational, regulatory, confidentiality, quality, and service standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Underwriting, and Membership Accounting to resolve questions and support new and existing groups.
• Prioritize workloads to meet productivity and accuracy expectations while providing backup, shared-work, and occasional overtime or weekend support as business needs require.

Group Enrollment Specialist Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least one year of healthcare industry experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to consistently produce accurate work within established deadlines.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively managing multiple priorities and fluctuating workloads.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, customer-service-oriented approach; experience in customer service, claims, membership, or a related function is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, or comparable applications, with the ability to learn complex systems; accurate typing and 10-key skills are preferred.

Compensation: $23-$25/hr. (DOE)
