Supply Planner
Our client is seeking a Supply Planner to support end-to-end supply planning and seasonal product delivery across a dynamic global supply chain. This highly collaborative role partners with product, merchandising, sourcing, manufacturing, and planning teams to ensure the right products are available at the right time while balancing inventory and business objectives. The ideal candidate is analytical, consumer-focused, and comfortable using data to drive decisions in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.
Supply Planner Responsibilities
- Develop and manage supply plans that align inventory, production, and consumer demand with business objectives.
- Support seasonal delivery execution and monitor product flow throughout the supply chain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, merchandising, sourcing, manufacturing, analytics, and regional partners to ensure timely product availability.
- Analyze inventory, supply, and demand data to identify risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Partner with analytics and technology teams to improve planning capabilities, reporting, and supply chain processes.
- Support factory planning and day-to-day supply chain operations to ensure on-time product delivery.
- Develop presentations and reports that clearly communicate supply performance, business impacts, and recommendations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities that increase planning efficiency, operational performance, and supply chain visibility.
- Participate in cross-functional planning meetings and facilitate alignment across multiple stakeholders.
- Adapt planning strategies as business priorities, market conditions, and supply constraints evolve.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen supply planning capabilities and operational excellence.
Supply Planner Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply planning, inventory planning, operations, demand planning, merchandising, or related supply chain functions.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning and inventory management principles.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated success collaborating across highly cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines.
- Comfortable making informed decisions in ambiguous or rapidly changing business environments.
- Experience with planning and reporting tools such as Tableau, Cognos, SAP, SSAS, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing planning, inventory planning, marketplace planning, demand planning, or financial planning is highly desirable.
- Prior experience supporting consumer products, retail, apparel, or manufacturing supply chains is a plus.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to driving continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making.
Compensation: Up to $35.21/hr. (DOE)
