Creative Tech Lead (Front End)
Our client is seeking a Creative Tech Lead (Front End) to lead the design and development of a modern web application that transforms complex operational workflows into intuitive, data-driven solutions. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys partnering with business stakeholders, solving ambiguous challenges, and delivering scalable applications that combine exceptional user experiences with modern AI-assisted development practices.

This role is fully remote.

Creative Tech Lead (Front End) Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and development of a modern frontend application that supports operational planning, resource management, and capacity visibility.
• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to translate evolving workflows into scalable application logic and practical technical solutions.
• Build interactive user experiences, including backlog management, Kanban workflows, timeline views, and dynamic planning tools that update in real time.
• Develop secure role-based access controls that provide tailored experiences for different user groups while protecting sensitive business information.
• Integrate application data with reporting and analytics platforms to deliver real-time dashboards and executive-level insights.
• Create intuitive administrative tools and configurable settings that allow non-technical users to manage business rules without requiring code changes.
• Establish scalable architecture that supports future AI and machine learning capabilities while promoting iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
• Drive technical recommendations, solution adoption, and ongoing enhancements from initial discovery through production deployment.

Creative Tech Lead (Front End) Qualifications

• Extensive experience developing modern frontend web applications using current JavaScript frameworks and best practices.
• Strong experience building solutions within the Google Workspace ecosystem, including Google Apps Script, Google Sheets, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Looker Studio.
• Experience designing secure authentication, authorization, and role-based permission models for enterprise applications.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business processes into scalable, user-friendly software solutions.
• Experience integrating operational data with reporting, analytics, and dashboarding platforms.
• Proficiency using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software delivery and improve engineering productivity.
• Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead discovery sessions and work effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Self-directed, collaborative, and comfortable owning projects from technical strategy through implementation and user adoption.
