Claims Analyst (Healthcare)
Our well-established healthcare client seeks a collaborative and process-oriented Claims Analyst to support their team! The ideal candidate enjoys working through complex processes and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This role is fully remote.

Claims Analyst Responsibilities

• Research, resolve, and follow up on rejected or unpaid pharmacy claims, ensuring accurate reimbursement.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on reimbursement, provider relationships, and claims processes.
• Monitor electronic and paper claim rejections, recommending system improvements to reduce denials.
• Collaborate across departments to address denials, prevent write-offs, and improve revenue recovery.
• Prepare reports, analyze trends, and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

Claims Analyst Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare billing, revenue cycle, coding, or pharmacy claims.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, third-party billing codes, CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10, and NCCI/MUE edits.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician or coding certifications (CPC, RHIT) preferred.
• Advanced analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Compensation: $30-$35/hr. (DOE)
